Richard Lawrence

Richard joined W H Matthews & Co in 1986 and qualified as a solicitor in 1988. He has been a partner in the firm for over 20 years.

Richard is a specialist Property Solicitor, with considerable experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions. Richard has particular expertise in dealing with residential lease extensions (voluntary and statutory) and also collective enfranchisements acting for landlords and tenants.

When not in the office Richard can often be found on a river in a kayak, but enjoys a variety of sports.
