Kathryn is an Assistant Solicitor in the Private Client & Conveyancing Departments at W H Matthews & Co Sutton office. Kathryn read Law & Psychology at the University of the West of England and completed her LPC at The University of Law, achieving a distinction. Kathryn completed her training contract at W H Matthews & Co and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2016.
Kathryn joined W H Matthews & Co in 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor and successfully completed seats in Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution and Private Client. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and assumed the position of Assistant Solicitor working in the Private Client and Conveyancing Departments.
Kathryn advises on a variety of Private Client matters including Powers of Attorney, Wills and the Administration of Estates. Kathryn’s clients benefit from her friendly and approachable demeanour and her professional approach to her work.
Kathryn also advises on Residential Conveyancing matters and regularly handles both freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions. She also frequently deals with re-mortgages, Deeds of Trust and Transfers of Equity. Kathryn liaises with her clients’ other advisors, to include surveyors, estate agents and mortgage brokers to ensure that her clients transactions progress as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Kathryn lives locally and enjoys cooking, going to the theatre and socialising with friends and family.
